 Break From Technology Every year I take a break from technology, and all those colleagues and questions, by heading into the mountain ranges of the northeast. On the Appalachian Trail there's no network, no e-mail, and no cell phone reception (for the most part). It's just you, maybe a friend or two, and whatever you can carry on your back. Michael W.
