Pathbrite is one of several startups built specifically around e-portfolios. In addition to providing a showcase for a student's or professional's body of work or for a specific project, Pathbrite says its e-portfolios platform is being used in the classroom to improve course-passing rates, enable project-based learning and provide an alternative form of assessment.

Another porfolio - Exibi
There's another portfolio system built for K12 called Exibi. It also has a free version. It follows the model of a private workspace where teachers and students can reflect and grow, and the ability to publish to public showcases where they can share their accomplishments.
