Little Dwolla, barely two years old, with all of about 40 employees in the technology hotbed of Iowa, has big intentions. It has created a modern payment network, and it aims to change how money moves. Dwolla CEO Ben Milne explains how.

Dwolla for a better online payments than PayPal ? Well, that sounds a great idea. However, it should be noted that the service operates just a bit differently than PayPal and the competition. It is a cash only operation, so no credit cards of debit cards are allowed. You can link up your bank account for the purposes of funds transfer, however.
