Cheers Gmail
Man I feel old now.

I work for a startup thats trying to build a CRM around the beloved Gmail (http://www.radiumcrm.com) and I'm still blown away at the ecosystem it has for 3rd-party services now. The community has really hit its stride in the past 2 years or so. Its easily on the mount rushmore of Google products with Search, Maps and Google+ (april fools).

Organizations that have so far ignored social - either because they thought it was a passing fad or just didnít have the resources to properly evaluate potential use cases and products - must start giving it serious consideration.
