2014 IT Budget Outlook

Still, overall tech spending edged up slightly, and the future looks bright: 32% say 10% or more of the total organizational operating budget is allocated to IT, up from 30%, and 28% will see increases of 5% or more for 2014 compared with 33% staying flat.
