Middle Aged People Faring Well In the Salary - And hopefully doing good too!

Not to be cynical but seeing that middle aged men (hope it would say people) are doing well in the network salary area.  cynical part two as we see more and more technology being geared toward people of a younger age and let me assure  you there is age bias in our youth I am glad to see that someone who is middle age is doing well, and my second hope is that they are doing good as well.
