How to be a CTO class
Thank you for the great article. CTOs certainly need a well-rounded set of skills in order to be effective.

For any of your readers in the Los Angeles area, I am teaching a How to be a CTO class at General Assembly in November, 2014. I recommend it for engineers and developers who want a leg up on their career and for CEOs and technical leaders (CTOs, VPs of Engineering) to who want to educate their next generation of talent.
