Re: Interview questions for new grads?
I have a little bit of experience being a part of interveiws, and I think that the most important trait that I like to see is adaptibility. It is really important for a career in technology these days.

Right now we are seeing a shift from desktop/laptop to mobile devices. In five years, we may be living in a world of wearables. No one knows exactly what will happen, but that's why it is so important to be able to adapt.
