Move over, Tiger Woods. A Syracuse, N.Y., dot-com is betting that golfers are aching to book golf vacations--complete with tee times--via the Web. CustomGolf went live last week with a service that matches golfers with their dream outings at 500 courses and 120 resorts worldwide. The service is sure to take off, company president Lou Lemos says, since 16% of golfing travelers cite golf as the top reason to travel.
