Mobile Conferencing: WebEx Meeting Center And Fuze Meeting

Don't get homesick -- take one of these free mobile conferencing apps along on your next business trip, and you'll be able to check in with the folks back home whenever you're feeling lonely -- or with the home office when you have to attend a meeting.

Of course, it's a little more complicated than that. In order to use these mobile conferencing tools, your company needs to have the proper infrastructure already set up. And each one works only with the corresponding conferencing tools -- they're not cross-platform.

So, if your company uses WebEx for meetings, or if you need to attend a WebEx conference hosted by someone else, Cisco provides the WebEx Meeting Center.

Similarly, the Fuze Meeting Web meeting service also has its own client, also called Fuze Meeting. It's just like being there. Well, not really, but it beats just listening in over the phone.
