D. Raja is the CEO of custom software development company CEI. In classic fashion, he started the company out of his home and has now grown CEI into a national firm with more than 450 employees. Raja also heads up the Pittsburgh chapter of TIE, the world's largest entrepreneur organization, with more than 10,000 members.
