Web-Experience Acquisition

Web-performance-measurement vendor Keynote Systems Inc. last week acquired privately held NetRaker Corp. for an undisclosed sum and said it will use the company's Web-site customer-experience technology to enhance service offerings packaged as WebEffective Intelligence Platform. The subscription services include tracking to analyze the usability of a Web site, a tool to monitor how Web-site visitors use a site, and a benchmark system to provide customer scores on a site's content, ease of use, performance, brand value, and satisfaction. Keynote declined to disclose the service's price.
