The Java 2 Developer Essay Exam

Date: January 2008
Type: White Paper
Rating: (0)

Overview: The essay exam is an opportunity to make a good impression. After all, if the evaluators see sterling answers on the essay exam, they will assess the certification project favorably. If one rambles on about unrelated issues (for example, ""Can you email me about...?"") or simply write poorly, one won’t get the benefit of the evaluator’s doubt for those subject areas. If the answers are written well, the evaluator is more likely to think one knows the stuff and will push the grade up accordingly. Be aware that grammar, syntax, and spelling matter, if only in the evaluator’s subconcious.
