Overview: New Zealand-based Onesource Group provides office technology solutions, such as business copying, printing, and integrated data and voice, as well as office equipment financing. The company had been using a legacy SalesLogix CRM application and several disparate and often outdated spreadsheets to manage customer. This forced Onesource’s sales staff to log into multiple systems to view customer information which had employees to spend more time business administration rather on sales. By integrating Microsoft CRM with its existing AS/400-based service management system, Onesource staffs are now able to obtain information on all their on-site machines to quickly identify data quickly.
