From Simulated to Real Environments: How to Use SeSAm for Software Development

Date: January 2008
Type: White Paper
Rating: (0)

Overview: This research paper presents several approaches for practically relating agent-based simulation and software development. The researchers’ show how virtual environments for agent based software can be created based on the interoperability features of SeSAm. The feasibility and utility of this approach is shown with the Agent.Hospital project. A more visionary proposal focused on the re-use of the powerful visual agent programming facilities of SeSAm for allowing simulated agents to be deployed in real world.
