Overview: With mergers and acquisitions becoming commonplace in the industry, the challenges that arise from merging multiple infrastructures are also becoming commonplace and burdensome. This case study explores how a customer of InfoVista, a leading provider of proactive service assurance technology, overcame those challenges. After two companies, ntl and Telewest, merged, the newly formed company required greater visibility into its entire network infrastructure and identified the need to adopt network and application performance technology so it could quickly pinpoint and resolve issues before they impacted customers.
