Overview: Microsoft’s vision for ITSM, as the practice is commonly called, is the Dynamic Systems Initiative (DSI). DSI is Microsoft’s approach to building self-managing dynamic systems. The DSI roadmap is a collection of solutions that are more manageable, more agile, and more cost effective than competitors’.
