Overview: This report is a compilation of everything The Community Roundtable learned during conversations with its members during 2010. CR holds over 40 member calls throughout the year with experts from a variety of disciplines that are pertinent to understand for social media, community, and social business practitioners. These conversations are recorded, transcribed, and published to TheCR Network. This report includes both a compilation of lessons from CR's weekly call summaries as well as analysis and survey findings, organized by the competencies outlined in its "Community Maturity Model".
