Overview: The purpose of this paper is to show a reference configuration for the deployment, management and performance of using Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 (Exchange) Clustered Continuous Replication (CCR) on an HP ProLiant DL320s server. The two sets of server and storage arrays are part of the same Microsoft Windows cluster, which is used to provide availability and fault tolerance by application failover between the two cluster nodes. CCR uses the Windows clustering services, but does not involve a single shared copy of the database.
