Overview: Oracle Forms application have traditionally behaved as, and looked like, desktop applications. When Oracle Forms applications were Web deployed, they still gave the user the feel of the desktop. This has been one of the strong plus points for businesses looking to evolve their applications seamlessly to the Web.
