Overview: In order to differentiate themselves in an increasingly competitive market, Application Service Providers (ASPs) and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) are broadening their service offerings. The HP Intel Solution Center has developed the server-based Citrix MetaFrame technology to allow ASPs and ISVs to expand their service offerings, and deliver them by a variety of devices across the Internet. ASPs and ISVs want to offer Windows based computing applications to global corporations across the Internet, letting run those applications under Unix and Linux.
