Overview: The Indianapolis Colts football team needed to engage and interact with fans over the Internet, and to use that relationship to drive incremental revenue. However, the team’s old Web site wasn’t up to the task. The Colts then used Microsoft software to build a comprehensive social networking site, through which the team is providing a fast, reliable, and engaging fan experience.
