(7)Overview: In a vendor evaluation project, clients or buyers typically invite the short-listed vendors to demonstrate their product or solution through an in-person presentation. This is referred as “vendor demonstration” in this article. Vendor demonstration is an important step in vendor selection process. The purpose of this article is to share guidelines and best practices for the vendor demonstration process from client’s or buyer’s perspective.
