Overview: The growth in the number of mobile workers and the resulting introduction of technologies like WiFi behind the firewall has resulted in a network edge that is blurry and difficult to secure, rather than the sharply defined and more easily secured wired network edge. In this panel discussion, Motorola’s Amit Sinha discusses the multilayer approach to security that is necessary in today’s increasingly wireless enterprise. Sinha also outlines the risks faced by mobile workers, both those working remotely and those in main and branch offices. He also pushes for an immediate switch from WEP to WPA2 as an important step to take.
