Overview: Security is an important concern of cloud implementations- and with good reason. Hackers and other online criminals invented cloud computing years ago by harvesting our machines, creating huge networks to steal private information. The speaker will explain how to stay a step ahead of the bad guys by learning best practices in cloud security. Solutions to the security problem include deploying a line of defense at the virtual machine itself, using bi-directional firewalls on individual virtual machines, and leveraging virtualization-aware malware protection.
