The evolution of communications service providers
Cloud-based services, with their rapidly increasing adoption rates, offer CSPs a once-in-a-generation opportunity to extend the scope of services they provide to create new value for customers and drive growth for their organizations. This paper examines ways that CSPs can take advantage of cloud computing — both internally, for their own operations and data centers, and externally, as a cost-effective way to create, manage and monetize cloud-based services for their customers.
