Overview: The OmniTraak File System (OTFS) is a portable, state of the art, and extensible file system. A file system is a software component that organizes disk storage into files, provides access control and security, and provides methods for naming files. This paper published by TRAAKAN provides a technical description of the features and construction of the OTFS.
