Overview: In a panel discussion, David Marshak presents IBM's response to the VoiceCon RFP for an IP telephony system. There are three parts to the IBM solution, which essentially add Unified Communications and Unified Messaging to any existing IP or TDM PBX equipment. IBM’s solution and approach is to enhance the telephony equipment that customers have chosen with Unified Communications and Unified Messaging capabilities.
