Overview: It’s pretty easy to throw around terms that seem meaningful when one talks about field service and service delivery. Until recently though, one didn’t see was ""Revenue enhancement."" Integrated service delivery puts one at the cusp of a new way of doing business that actually provides mutual value to the customer and the service provider. No more one-way streets. Companies that are able to provide the integrated services can save customers money, supply a single source for multiple requirements and multiple channels to fulfill those requirements - all aimed at taking advantage of the sea of changes within the customer ecosystem.
