Overview: After completing this lab, you will be better able to add a link to the Site Actions menu, add an additional link to an item’s edit control block menu for files with a specific file extension, add new links to the top navigation menu via code and create and implement a custom navigation site map provider. Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 (WSS) includes a robust and extensible implementation navigation framework that developers can easily manipulate through code and SharePoint Features. This lab will walk you through four customization options.
