Overview: Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) forum, which consists of more than one hundred days of international trade meetings held at various locations across the country. The company needed to be able to go into a venue and within 24 to 36 hours to get the IT systems up and running. To ensure successful IT operations, the APEC IT team turned to a Dedicated Support Engineer (DSE) from Microsoft Services. The DSE provided the IT team with the expertise it needed to quickly deal with emerging problems.
