Overview: With the growing popularity of wireless networking, more and more users are creating wireless networks at home to connect PCs and other wireless devices. Creating a secure wireless network and propagating the wireless settings to the clients and to Access Points (APs) has been difficult even for sophisticated users. WCN addresses this problem with a simple, secure method for configuring and bootstrapping wireless networking hardware, wireless client PCs, and other wireless devices. The most visible part of the solution is the Wireless Network Setup Wizard in Windows XP Service Pack 2.
