Overview: Most of governments are aware that the use of information communication tools represents a powerful means to increase collaboration and cooperation between different public institutions. The aims are to provide better and more efficient services to citizens. The ambitions of governments are to facilitate and encourage development of homogenous web-platforms providing to citizens just with one single authentication, access to several public services such as taxation service, social service, health care, etc.
