Overview: The Chongqing Labor & Social Security Information Network is a Chinese government agency handling the social security needs of over five million of the city’s citizens - 17.7 percent of Chongqing’s 30.9 million population. To solve the issue, Chongqing Labor & Social Security Information Network decided that the solution would be to provide a ""One-stop service"" to allow citizens to apply or update their policies from any service location. To meet its needs, Chongqing Labor & Social Security Information Network engaged Neusoft, a leading Chinese solutions provider, Hewlett Packard (HP) and Intel.
