There's no way around it. Enterprise IT has to deliver much more video across the business. Millennial work culture is demanding it, and the proven value of video as a collaborative communications medium is too compelling to forgo. The only question is whether enterprise IT will get video delivery right or wrong.
This paper explores how companies can successfully implement a software-defined enterprise content delivery network (SD ECDN) that 1) leverages the existing network and its endpoints as video distribution nodes, and 2) continuously optimizes the quality of the end user's video experience with adaptive cloud-based video traffic management.
