Xerox Ups Service Effort

After a difficult two years, Xerox Corp. intends to jump-start growth with a focus on new services to cut printing and copying costs, and a slew of new products. Chairman and CEO Anne Mulchay last week said the vendor will compete more aggressively on price and for small and midsize business customers.
