InformationWeek's Startup City is about to make a road trip to Austin, Texas, and we're looking for up-and-coming technology companies to meet while in town.InformationWeek editors and our Startup City TV video crew will be in Texas' capital city on Tuesday, Oct. 14. Austin will become the latest stop on what I call the Startup City road show. We've also been to Boston, Las Vegas, and Pittsburgh this year, in addition to frequent meetings and video interviews in our New York and San Francisco offices.

Our interview schedule in Austin still has openings, so if your startup has a new and interesting product or service, and 15 minutes to spare, apply now. The 5-minute video interviews are conducted by myself or an InformationWeek colleague, then posted on InformationWeek.com and on TechWeb's YouTube channel.

For examples of what I'm talking about, check out this blog post on Startup City's visit to Boston: "Red Sox, Patriots, Celtics, And Startups."

We'll also be doing video interviews in San Francisco on Nov. 13. To apply for Startup City TV in Austin or San Francisco, go to InformationWeek.com/startupcitytv.
