Great article!
My software company uses the principles discussed here to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of private practice operations.  The key now is to help the bulk of doctors understand that the software they employ can better deliver the services they need than the monoblock Epics and Athenas of the world.  Crossing the chasm to early majority is our big challenge at present, and articles like this might help accomplish that goal.
