Brief: Mozilla Releases Firefox 2.0 Beta 2--At Last

Mozilla delayed releasing Firefox 2.0 Beta 2 to give developers more time to fix bugs.

Mozilla on Thursday delivered Beta 2 of the next version of the Firefox browser.

Features in the new version include user interface improvements , built-in phishing protection, improved tab browsing, and more. The software is available for download at the Mozilla Web site.

Mozilla delayed releasing Firefox 2.0 Beta 2 to give developers more time to fix bugs. Microsoft released Internet Explorer 7 Release Candidate 1 last week.
