Qlikview will help you to represent data in a more graphical way with trend analysis. It also helps you to perform real time data analysis.

How to succeed at getting adoption of analytics
That was quite artful, changing the title of dispatcher to dispatch analyst, so that truck dispatchers would understand they were the users and masters of the new routing system and not the other way around.

"Decide whether to build the skills and tools internally". I have seen many organizations use simple tools such as excel in data analysis. It is important to get the latest analysis tools and skills to upskill the analysts.
