Microsoft's Cloud Business Can't Overcome Weak PC, Phone Sales

Microsoft's third quarter revenue and profits fell short of analyst estimates, sending the stock lower in after-hours trading. Executives touted the growth and strength of the company's cloud business and noted that weaker PC sales and a strong decline in Microsoft's phone business hurt overall results.
