Edge Browser Power Results, Azure Data Protection: Microsoft Roundup

This week Microsoft touted the benefits of its Edge browser and added a mobile wallet feature to its Windows 10 Mobile platform. The company promised to protect data throughout its life cycle, from the point of creation, through the cloud, and onto your mobile device, with new features baked into its Azure offering.

Standard compliance
If Microsoft now makes Edge standard compliant then we might have a winner here. As it is right now, standards support is dismal in Edge or implemented incorrectly. That disqualifies Edge as a browser right there, no matter how fast it is. I rather see it be a bit slower and do things right than be speedy and wrong.
