Re: OpenStack Milestone
Indeed this move happened quickly than I expected but it's not a surprise. OpenStack is getting more and more popular in IaaS of cloud and the open source is one of the future trends of software industry. I am curious to know how Oracle will leverage the capability of OpenStack - will Oracle deploy some new applications with OpenStack framework or it will deploy its powerful hardware under the umbrella of OpenStack?

What do Oracle OpenStack users want?
If Oracle customers are moving toward OpenStack, is that because they want to run Oracle hardware as part of an OpenStack cloud? Or do they want one day to run applications designed for the cloud on commodity cloud hardware?

OpenStack Milestone
This development is a big milestone for the cloud and OpenStack communities. I would not have guessed Oracle would choose this path this quickly. Readers, are you surprised that Oracle made this move? And how does this change your attitude about OpenStack?
