Firm Touts Automated BPM Modeling

New York-based Nsite announced the release of a service that analyzes customers' business processes as they happen and then predicts the best path for the same, subsequent operation.
A Web-based hosted services firm said Wednesday that it has established the ability to automate the modeling part of customers' business process management (BPM) initiatives.

New York-based Nsite announced the release of Nsite 4.0, an upgrade to its process automation service that analyzes customers' business processes as they happen and then predicts the best path for the same, subsequent operation. The service begins capturing and tracking processes immediately when customers start using it, Nsite said. Users apply the optimized processes to their BPM initiatives from there.

Other improvements to the service include a hosted dashboard that lets users view any processes they've finished or have in progress. Individuals involved in a process flow can now send and receive directed notes to one another via the application as well.

Nsite 4.0 starts at $400 per month for 10 users and two processes, the vendor said.
