Apple? Android? WP?
Speaking about mobile phone 'policies', I wonder which phone vendor/OS the government would sponsor for its employees to use? If they can't agree on this, how can effective policies be put into place.

The government being, well, the government, I think they have the power of command at their hands. For deciding on which OS to go with, perhaps a sit-down with developers on both ends would help. It's possible, it's just a matter of initiative.

@Henrisha,

In essence, it sounds that simple. There's just so much red tape processes involved that it would get muddied up very quickly. I feel like the head government IT chief has changed at least 3-4 times since Obama's been in office. Imagine how many initiatives changed just due to that.
