In Short: Contribute To The Web

Macromedia Inc. recently issued the second version of its Contribute tool, which lets business users update content on the Web. The tool was designed to answer complaints from developers that they were spending more time on content updates than on site development. Version 2 includes a feature called FlashPaper, which can take an AutoCAD, Microsoft PowerPoint, or Adobe PDF document and have it open instantly on a Web page. It's priced at $399 for five users.
