Optika Inc. has developed software to help companies comply with legislation such as the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, the Patriot Act, the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act. The new Acorde Compliance Suite includes a records-management application for managing electronic and paper documents and E-mail, and an internal control application for automating compliance policies and procedures. The Acorde applications are available now, starting at $25,000.
