SpatialKey has introduced on-demand software that enables the creation and sharing of map-based, interactive analyses and reports.

SpatialKey On-Demand is a software-as-a-service offering that provides access and analysis of location-based data. Users can upload, sort and filter data sets either manually or automatically, andSpatialKey recognizes geographic information and displays it in map form.

SpatialKey On-Demand allows multiple data sets to be combined into a single map view. In addition, the software provides a click-and-drag operation to analyze data by specific attributes, such as geographic region or time period.

"SpatialKey delivers the ability to create sophisticated, information-rich visualizations based on location data without any programming or waiting on a specialist," Tom Link, managing director ofSpatialKey, said in a statement.

The SaaS offering also include collaboration features for sharing maps and analyses. Uploaded data can be filtered for export and use in other systems, such as business intelligence applications.

SpatialKey, a business unit of Universal Mind, has customers in a variety of industries, including energy, financial services, manufacturing, telecommunications, government, healthcare, education and marketing. Pricing for the new on-demand offering, released this week, starts at $125 per user per month, with a minimum of 10 users, and a 30-day trial is available at no charge.

For organizations that want in-house software, SpatialKey offers a server product called SpatialKey On-Premise.
