InformationWeek IT Excellence Awards

For 2017, InformationWeek is proud to partner with Interop ITX to bring you the InformationWeek IT Excellence Awards. This new awards program will recognize outstanding innovation by business users of information technology in six important categories.

These categories align with the technology-focused tracks you'll see at Interop ITX in 2017 and the coverage on InformationWeek's site. Awards will be presented to companies exhibiting IT Excellence in the following technology categories:

• Infrastructure
• Security
• Cloud
• DevOps
• Data and Analytics.

In addition, we'll be presenting an award for Overall Excellence in IT.

This new awards program replaces the InformationWeek Elite 100 rankings, which were a staple of the IT industry for nearly 30 years. Instead of ranking the top 100 innovators in IT, we'll recognize the top three companies in each of the five technology categories, as well as an award for overall IT Excellence. In addition, the submission process has been simplified without sacrificing the depth of information that made the Elite 100 rankings a pillar of the IT community.

Another important change from the Elite 100 program is that the new IT Excellence Awards program is open to companies of all sizes.

If you'd like to nominate your company for a chance to earn recognition as an InformationWeek IT Excellence Award winner, please email [email protected] to access the application. The submission process begins November 15 2016. Winners will be announced online and at Interop ITX in May 2017.

Whether or not you decide to participate in the InformationWeek IT Excellence Awards, please join us for Interop ITX – the independent conference for tech leaders. The conference is aimed at IT professionals, managers, and CIOs, and takes place May 15-19, 2017, at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.
