IT And Innovation: Join The E2 Radio Conversation

It's time to reverse the perception of IT as the department of 'No.' Join E2 Radio for an in-depth discussion on IT innovation and building the culture of 'Yes.'

IT is often portrayed as the organization that says “No” to new ideas and new ways of getting things done. Vivek Bhaskaran, an entrepreneur and CEO, says that, in fact, IT is a leading source of innovation in most organizations.

He’ll join E2 Radio host Curt Franklin to explore how IT leaders can reverse mistaken perceptions and create more positive relationships with business units and end users. Curt and Vivek will discuss the impact on IT of corporate culture, technology evolution, and the on-going demand for innovation.

Register now for the radio show, which airs live at 2:00 p.m. Eastern on Thursday, February 20, to join the conversation. Vivek will participate in a live text chat with attendees after Curt’s interview.

Vivek will also be exploring these topics at Interop Las Vegas at his session “IT Innovation Crisis: Getting to the Culture of Yes” on Friday April 4.

Vivek is co-founder of IdeaScale, a Web-based platform that lets organizations collect feedback and ideas from employees and customers. Users can vote on and discuss ideas so that the most compelling proposals come to the surface. Customers include NASA and EA Sports. Vivek is also co-founder and CEO of Survey Analytics, which makes market research software.

The Business of IT track at Interop Las Vegas has assembled dynamic thinkers and practitioners to help IT leaders understand how to deliver better outcomes to the business and thrive in the age of the technology-driven enterprise. Register today.
